Each kg contains
Amoxicillin Trihydrate....................................................................................................100 g
Colistin Sulfate............................................................................................................500MIU
Indication
To prevent and treatment the following diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria susceptible to Amoxicillin and Colistin.
l Poultry
The respiratory diseases including C.R.D and influenza, Salmonellasis and gastrointestinal diseases
such as Colibacillosis and etc.
Prevention of stress relief and respiratory diseases by vaccines, debeaking, transportation and etc.
l Pig
Treatment of acute and chronic enteritis caused by pleural pneumonia, Salmonella and Escherichia coli.
l Calves, yeanling, lamb
prevention and treatment of respiratory, gastrointestinal and urinary infection
Dosage & Administration
Administer the following dose mixed with feed orally.
l Poultry
For prevention: 1g per 4L for 3-5 days.
For treatment: 1g per 2L of drinking water for 3-5 days.
l Pig
3kg per 1 ton of feed for 3-5 days
3kg per 700~1300L drinking water for 3-5 days
l Calves, yeanling, lamb
twice daily 7g per 100kg B.W. for 3-5days

Storage and expiry date
1) Store in an airtight container at dry room temperature (1 to 30o C) protected from light.
2) 24 months from date of manufacture
Precaution
Withdrawal times - 10 days before butchering.
For ruminant calves, used only the calves, lambs and yeanling before ruminant stomach development.
Keep out of reach of the children.
