Chemical analysis device: HPLC, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, ICP with Mass Spectrometer, Ultra Pure Water Manufacturing Machine, Centrifuge, Ultrasonic Washing Machine, Auto Clave, Electronic Balance and etc.
Microbial analysis device: Clean bench, Incubator, Zone Reader, Cup dropper and etc.
Central Labs: Water purification system, Centrifuge, UltraSonic Cleaner, Auto clave, Digital Scales, pH meter, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, Melting-point Meters, WaterBath etc.
Operation
Inspection: In the production of products, warehousing raw materials and packaging materials, in principle, sampling for each lot is taken, and warehousing and shipment are decided based on the result. In addition, the principle of storage is a shelf life +2 months.
Analysis: HPLC, UV-Spectrophotometer, potentiometric titrator, microbial test analyzer, etc. are used to analyze the content of active ingredients in drugs to determine the conformity of product specifications.
Stability Test: We guarantee the quality of our products by conducting stability and aging test according to new product developing process.
KVGMP Maintenance: All processes from stocking of raw materials to shipment of products are carried out according to KVGMP regulations, and laboratory management is also managed based on KVGMP regulations.
