Amoxicillin Hydrate..................... 200g (act.)
Colistin Sulfate............................ 500MIU (act.)
Indication
Treatment of the Amoxicillin & Colistin susceptible bacterial disease
1) Chickens
- Respiratory diseases including CRD and influenza, gastrointestinal diseases such as Salmonellosis and Colibacillosis
- Stress relief and Preventing from respiratory diseases by vaccines, beak trimming, transport etc.
2) Swine: Treatment of acute chronic enteritis with pleuropneumonia, salmonella and E. coli
3) Calves, kid goats, sheep: prevention and treatment of respiratory organs, digestive or growth diseases
Dosage & Administration
Orally administer the following amounts mixed with feed or dissolved in feeding water for 3 to 5 days.
1) chicken
- For prevention: 50 g / feeding water 200 L × 3 to 5 days
- For treatment: 50 g / feeding water 100 L × 3 to 5 days
2) Swine: 1.5 kg / feed 1 ton or 1.5 kg / feeding water 700 - 1300 L × 3-5 days
3) Calves, kid goats, sheep: Administer 3.5 g per 100 kg of body weight for 3 to 5 days twice a day
(At the time of mixing with feeding water: Use within 24 hours after mixing immediately while using it
Packaging unit: 100g, 200g, 500g, 1kg, 10kg
Storage and expiry date
1) Store in an airtight container at dry room temperature (1 to 30o C) protected from light.
2) 24 months from date of manufacture
Precaution
a. Do not administer to the following animals
Do not use for animals with shock and hypersensitivity reactions of Colistin Sulfate and penicillin
b. Side Effects
1. Penicillin antibiotics may cause diarrhea from inhibition of the intestinal normal flora and,
induce abdominal pain, anorexia, watery diarrhea, bloody stools, digestive system abnormalities such as nausea and vomiting from gastroenteritis and colitis
2. It may induce nervous system abnormalities such as convulsions and seizures and hepatotoxicity as overdosing.
3. It may induce nausea, vomiting, diarrhea etc. as overdosing of high dose of 600mg or more.
4. When Colistin is administered for a long period of time, It may induce over growth of non-susceptible microorganisms such as Proteus spp.
c. Interaction
1. Do not use with macrolide (erythromycin), aminoglycoside, chloramphenicol, and tetracycline antibiotics.
2. Gentamicin and bromelain and probenecid may increase the efficacy of this product.
d. Interaction
Administration of pregnant, nursing, newborn, young animal.
Do not use for dairy cows during milking.
e. Usage notes
In case of administering by mixing with feeding water or feed, if it is not mixed homogeneously, it may lead drug accident or not achieve the purpose of administration, so mix well uniformly and use.

Swine: 15 days
g. Precaution on storage
1. To prevent safety accidents, keep out of reach of children and an animal.
2. Observe the preservation instruction since it may bring about a change in effectiveness and stability
3. Dispose the expired products without using it.
4. Use as soon as possible after opening, the rest of it should be sealed in the original packaging container
and store in a dry place protect from light.

1. Since this product is an animal medicine, never use it for human.
2. Consult with your veterinarian.
3. Use after reading the instruction leaflet carefully.
4. Do not use it arbitrarily since safety and effectiveness have not been established for other than the designated animal.
5. Record the use history of it all the way for prevention of abuse and tolerance appearance.
6. Observe the dosage & administration, it may cause drug accident and residue of animal food from abuse and misuse
7. Do not use it with the drug contained same ingredients concurrently.
8. Observe the withdrawal period with minding the withdrawal time, it may cause drug accident and residue of animal food from abuse and misuse
9. Avoid contact with skin and inhalation directly by wearing protective equipment such as gloves, masks.
10. Immediately consult a doctor as soon as abnormal symptoms are found after washing with water and soap when the stock solution is in contact with the skin.
